Itzel’s Story : From Lash Bed To Academy Owner
I started my lash journey in January 2021, lashing clients out of a small room and learning everything I could about retention, styling, and customer experience. I did not come from money or a perfect business background. I built my clientele one appointment at a time, staying late, re-doing sets, and constantly investing back into my education. As my books filled, I felt called to do more than just take clients. I wanted other women, especially Latinas, to know they could create a real career in beauty too. That is how Itz Beauty Expert Lash Academy was born. Today, we have hundreds of in-person graduates who are out there lashing, opening their own studios, helping their families, and changing their lives. My mission is simple: to give you the education, support, and confidence I wish I had when I started.
